Korean Translation: Korean to English, English to Lorean Translation
Korean is a highly pervasive language with over 80 million Korean speakers around the world. In fact, Korean is the official language of North Korea, South Korea, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in China, as well as of large populations in Australia to the Philippines. Chinese has been a heavy influence on the Korean language; in ancient times, Korean was written in Chinese characters. In the 15th century, however, Sejong the Great brought about the development of Hangul, the Korean alphabet, which has become the dominant written form today. Moreover, modern times have led South Koreans to adopt some English words into their language, unlike North Koreans, who have not for social and political reasons.
